Tofu Aioli EVOO 2.5 TBS finely chopped fresh rosemary, thyme, and sage 6-7 oz medium firm tofu 1/2 cup roasted garlic in oil 2 TBS chickpea miso pinch black pepper few drops of cider vinegar Saute the herbs in the EVOO to release their flavor. Put the herbs, tofu, roasted garlic in oil, black pepper and chickpea miso in a food processor and process to a paste. Add a few drops of cider vinegar.
