Before I started eating a low oxalate diet (LOD), I'd eat snack bars (soy or nut based) and PB&J when I was out for a day of hiking or traveling. Now that I'm eating the LOD...what do I do? The food needs to be OK without refrigeration. Reply To This Post Return to Posts Index VegSource Home
