Subject:         Lemongrass soup

Lemongrass Soup

1/2 lb Tofu, diced
2 tsp vegetable oil
2 & 1/2 cups vegetable broth
1 Tbs soy sauce
2 stalks lemongrass, peeled and chopped
3 Tbs lime juice
1/4 tsp kelp powder
1/2 of a fresh chili, chopped
1/2 tsp natural sugar
Cilantro leaves

Dust Tofu with cornstarch, and shake off excess.
In a wok or frying pan, heat oil.
Add Tofu to pan, and fry on all sides until golden.
Add remaining ingredients except cilantro, and simmer for 20 minutes.
Serve, garnished with cilantro leaves.
