got a good recipe for lemongrass soup? We had dinner with family in a Chinese
restaurant in Front Royal, Virginia, over the weekend, and the server insisted
that the very sour lemongrass soup was the way it was supposed to be. Tasted
like it was made with vinegar. Don't recall the lemongrass soup we've had at
Thai restaurants in Columbus, Washington, Seattle, Chicago, Los Angeles, and,
for that matter, in Bangkok, as being so vinegary.
