Thanks. So I can make rice by baking as you posted earlier. 2 to 1 ratio of water to rice and bake at 350 for 30-60 min? Will there be enough room for the rice to expand?

What if I want to bake potatoes, sweet potatoes, zuchinni, peppers, eggplant in the Fr. oven? I put in the veggies with some water--how much water? Then bake for how long at what temp?
