Hi Becky, I like Tropical Traditions, but almost any coconut oil other than the supermarket crap is going to be pretty good. Check the health food store for both refined and unrefined coconut oil. Refined is better for cooking/frying, and unrefined is good for using uncooked or just slightly heated. Speaking of coconut... Coconut milk powder is a good substitute for soymilk powder, and tastes great in baked goods. :)
