I just happened to buy a simmer sauce when I bought the meatballs. It is "Tikka Masala" by Seeds of Change! Boy it is delicious! It is a mild curry sauce with tomatoes & cream. I would actually like a recipe to duplicate it. I bought the zesty Italian meatballs! I am hooked! You must try them and thanks for the warning of not overcooking. I could see how they would fall apart!
