Haven't had them yet, but they sound good!!! Try them in any kind of sauce, including tomato-based (pasta sauce), creamy-type, (Alfredo sauce), or whatever you like.
- Almost any sauce can be made into a "curry" sauce with the addition of curry paste or curry powder to taste. Start with just a little, and add more until you get the flavor you want. Don't add too much too fast -- it can have a delayed heat reaction on your tongue! You can always add a bit of cayenne or hot peppers at the table for extra heat. - As with most meatless meatballs, don't overcook them or they might become tough, or, conversely, mushy.
