Wow that sounds good too! What an interesting combo! I love eggplant and hot peppers and now curry! The hubby does too. Thanks! I am now out of town where they have the health food store that I love. They ordered some Nate meatballs for me and I am excited to pick them up. I am thinking I can put them in a slow cooker with some type of sauce! I am thinking a curry! Have you ever had these? They are meatless and delicious!
