Another idea is to make oven pancakes,
cooking the batter in muffin tins,
or in a cake pan.

Not only do they cook better, but it
is a lot easier than stovetop pancakes.

Also, try adding some applesauce to the batter.
1 or 2 Tablespoons per batch.
