I just saw this recipe that you posted! Thank you! I have been looking for something with curry (I am not that familiar with it) that I could make for dinner. My husband had a dish with chicken that a friend's wife made and said he really liked the curry flavor. I wanted to come up with something using tofu, tempeh or seitan to duplicate but did not have a recipe! I was afraid to experiment. This one sounds delicious!!
