Nice Rice Cook rice or other grains in a well-flavored broth or stock, and you won't need to add margarine, butter, etc, or you can use just a little bit (of marg, butter, etc). Bouillon cubes work well in this application. Add chopped, raw or cooked veggies for added color, flavor, and texture.
