Hi Deb, Ive been reading about low carbing. The book actually The Belly Fat Cure. Jorge Cruise says you can do his program vegetarian/vegan. My question is this. I seem to be able to keep my carbs to the 120 grams range with no problem, but its the sugar. I miss my fruits, and sugar is really in just about everything. Does this mean that sugar is what keeps one fat? And not so much the carbs? I remember a while ago you saying going low carb and low fat was a way to go. Just wanted your thoughts on the sugar end of this. Thanks, maryann
