If a person is sensitive to gluten in any form, or just wheat gluten or wheat products, then that person should avoid wheat or gluten completely. If it is only a slight problem for a person, then it is up to their discretion as to how often to eat it, whether occasionally or even not at all. If it causes no distress for a person, then they can have it as much or as little as desired. If there is any doubt as to how sensitive a person is to gluten, there are medical tests that can clearly indicate whether there is anything to be concerned about (or not).
