Substitute 1/4 cup applesauce for 2 eggs,
and Ener-G or flaxgoop for the other 2 eggs.
Make sure the batter isn't too wet.

You also might want to decrease the oil
to 1 cup (or less),
and the sugar to 1 cup (or less).
