Scrub sweet potatoes, and rinse well. Cook them in lightly-salted water until tender. Drain well, and mash. Put into 1-cup or 2-cup storage containers. Freeze. Reheat gently. Add seasonings after reheating for best results (Freezing lessens flavorings).
