I've been reading about a regional Sudanese staple called Moukhbaza. All I know is that it's banana paste topped wtih green chile sauce and drizzled with olive oil. I see reviews online saying it's delicous, but I can't find a single recipe, and it will be some time before I will see anyone from Sudan to ask (and I am not sure these folks are from the part of Sudan that eats this food). Anyone know how to make this?
