OK, I read the recipe -- It sounds pretty good, what with the sauteed veggies and all. Try replacing the eggs with 3 Tbs mashed potatoes (prepared, not dry flakes). If mixture is too dry, add a small amount of broth or water until you get a mixture that holds together without crumbling. Handle the burgers carefully (while forming them and frying them) to prevent breakage.
