Hi. I'm not sure what's going on...can you help? I put some dry pinto beans in water, boiled for 10 minutes, let sit for 2 hours, then put in the crock pot on high. 18 hours and counting, they aren't hard, but they aren't soft (mushy). They have a slight bit of 'crunch' to them - not much - certainly edible, but should they be softer? Thanks Mike
