Good info to have. This ran in the Detroit Free Press the other day. Good info...wish I had this a long time ago. I like to have a casserole ready by the time I get home from work. This takes out the guess work.
Conventional Cooking time converted to Slow cooker on Low
15 min. = 1.5 - 2 hrs
20 min. = 2-3 hrs
30 min. = 3-4 hrs
45 in. = 5-6 hrs
1 hour = 6-8hrs
1.5 hrs = 8-9 hrs
2 hrs = 9-10 hrs
3 hrs = 12 hrs
