I've done that -- A nice slice of firm silken
tofu, sauteed gently in a mild-flavored oil,
topped with sprinklings of black salt, regular
salt, and pepper, served on 'buttered' toast.

Very good for serving to those who DO want it to
look and taste like a fried egg. :)

For the ultimate in look-alike-ness, top with a
spoonful of whipped tofu that has been colored
with a dash of turmeric or annatto.
