Subject:	Okie Dokie Artichokie

I was perusing the produce section of a local farmer's markety
type scene, and I saw an artichoke and thought, "What the
heck! I'll buy one!" So I did. And now I have no idea what to
do with it lol. I've looked up recipes here and there, but
none have really caught my eye. Any Suggestions?
