Those are a lot of substitutions for one
recipe. The cake will be quite different!

Use either Ener-G, flax goop, or whipped tofu
for the eggs.

I think you need some oil, to keep the
cake moist, but you could substitute
vegan mayonnaise for it.

Replace part of the sugar with stevia
(see package directions for equivalents).

Add a bit more flour to make up for the
missing sugar.

For the frosting, mix powdered sugar
with almond (or other 'milk) to spreadable
consistency. Add vanilla and chocolate.
