Subject:         Whole grain bread recipe

Hi Chef Deb,

Is it possible to substitute date puree for honey in whole wheat bread recipes? I like dates (or raisins)as a sweetner because they are a whole food that are nutrient dense compared to any other option.

Can you provide a recipe like the standard that contains 100% whole wheat flour, smaller amounts of oil, pureed date or raisin, yeast, etc...
