Mango Lassi (Indian Yogurt Drink) 1 cup yogurt (soy, etc) 1 cup mashed fresh mango 4 ice cubes Pinch of fresh mint (optional) Put all in blender. Blend until creamy. Serve immediately. NOTE: If a thinner drink is desired, blend in a little soymilk.
VARIATIONS: Use any kind of fruit or fruit juice.
