Subject:         Apple Mush

Hey Deborah =]

I have some left over apple mush from my juicer and I don't
want it to go to waste. I heard you can substitute apple
sauce/apple mush for oil in some baking. Is the substitution a
1:1 ratio or do I need to do some math?

(For example, a recipe calls for 1/3 a cup of oil. Can I
substitute 1/3 cup of apple mush?)
