Large Asian supermarkets often carry eggless egg roll wrappers ("spring roll wrappers"). --- If you can't find eggless egg roll wrappers, here is a recipe... --- Egg Roll Wrappers 2 cups flour 1 scant cup boiling water Dash salt Mix boiling water into flour. Stir well. Knead dough for 3 minutes. Cover with damp cloth and let rest 10 minutes. Form into ping-pong size balls. Roll out dough balls thinly on floured board. Cut into squares, or leave round. Use immediately, or dust with flour, put in plastic bags, and refrigerate or freeze.
