Speaking of yogurt sub (as I did in below post) Whipped, cooked rice, prepared as below, makes a great base for yogurt-style desserts. Layer fresh or cooked fruit (sweetened to taste) between, under, or above the flavored whipped rice in a glass serving dish. Serve with whipped topping (coconut cream, etc). --- NOTE: For best results, use fresh-cooked rice, whipped while it is still warm. If you use cold rice the results will not be as creamy.
