Subject:         To Drain or Not to Drain? That is the Question...

Save the drained liquid until the
recipe is finished, though, because
if the finished dish is a bit too
thick, you can add a bit of that
rather than just add water.

NOTE:
If you are concerned about sodium,
then drain and rinse the beans
before adding to the chili, and
discard the liquid.
