I like to make my Brussels Sprouts roasted. You can use the frozen kind, but they are of course better if you use fresh. I toss my sprouts with a bit of olive oil and salt. Heat your oven to 425 degrees F and roast until outer leaves are slightly charred. They are so delicious like that, vegan and I eat them every week and I used to hate them LOL. |
