Add/omit ingredients to suit your taste. --- Macaroni Salad 1 lb uncooked macaroni 1/2 cup diced sweet onion 1/2 lb raw broccoli, chopped 1 bell pepper, cleaned and chopped 1 lb tomatoes, diced 1/4 cup sliced black or green olives 2 cups Italian dressing (or other dressing) 1/2 cup grated soy Parmesan (optional) 3 Tbs soy bakon bits (optional) Cook pasta as directed. Drain well. Add remaining ingredients, and toss to mix well. Cover, and refrigerate several hours. Toss gently just before serving.
