Thanks for the suggestions. I am not a huge fan of sauerkraut but my husband loves it! I like the idea of making a cole slaw out of it. That sounds very interesting and I can't imagine the taste but will try it. I never thought about a veggie reuben! Another great idea as well as on a veggie dog. As always.......Thank you so much!
