Anything with nut butter (mix peanut butter with hot broth or water and add spices to make a peanut sauce to serve over vegs, tofu, soy chikn, etc) --- Anything with avocado (spread on tortillas and heat briefly in microwave or oven) --- Baked potato with any toppings (soy bakon, veg sausage, marg, soy cheeze, etc)
