My 14 year old is at her growth perk right now (she has been under weight all her life and the doc has been quite concern) she is so hungry after school and will eat anything. I am a working mom and can't get things ready by the time she came home, is there any "nutritious" snack (prefer something warm) that I can make it in advance (freeze) or even better if I can buy them in the market (low sodium pls).
