Subject:         Was there a post a while back about how to freeze fresh mushrooms?

I thought I saw it, but now it doesn't show (must have been a while ago).

I bought a big container (just regular ol' mushrooms) and am afraid they'll go bad before I can use them.

Would also appreciate recipes that use them!
