Hi. For my Cincinnati style chili, I'd like an easy-to-melt sharp cheddar. It can be a sauce or something I'd have to shred. Do you have a recipe that fits the bill? Also, do you have a good mozzarella recipe for mozz that can be used in lasagne? I don't top my lasagne with mozz - it's just one of the layers. Thank you!
