Subject:         tomato soup

Tomato Soup Concentrate

1 lb canned tomato puree
1/8 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp basil, minced
1/2 tsp natural sweetener (agave, rice syrup, etc)
1/4 tsp salt

In a jar, mix all ingredients.
Store in fridge.
Keeps for several days.

To make soup, thin with broth or water to desired
consistency; heat gently until hot.
