Vegan Chocolate Pecans Pecans Vegan chocolate chips Nonstick spray Spray a nonstick baking sheet lightly with nonstick spray. In a double boiler over hot water (or in microwave), melt chocolate chips, stirring often, until chocolate is just barely melted. Stir until smooth. Turn off heat, and add nuts, stirring to coat. Quickly spread coated nuts on the baking sheet, and put some space between them so you get mostly individual pieces. Cool in fridge until chocolate is hard. Store in a cool place until eaten (not a very long time, usually). VARIATIONS: Use any kind of nuts, coconut, etc.
