Subject:         Chocolate -Covered Pecans

Deb,
A lady in my office makes these treats every year: she pours chocolate over a couple of pecan halves and the thick liquid-like chocolate solidifies over the pecans into a delicious treat. I am vegan; any idea how to make a vegan chocolate that I could pour over nuts?
