Whipped coconut cream is a bit "finicky",
so might not be firm enough for this use.
(Although as a topping for fruit or pie
it is quite marvelous!)


Your ice cream idea sounds great!

Be sure to keep the cake frozen until
just before serving.


You can use any chocolate cake for the "log",
and fill with a white frosting,
and dust the "log" with powdered sugar for "snow".
