I have a recipe for a savoury cheese bread. It calls for 2 cups of white all purpose flour. I want to make it nutritious, and as a rule, do not use all purpose flour. What other flours or combination of flours can be substituted? It doesn't have to be gluten free. I thought of using whole wheat flour, but going by past experience, the bread turned out too heavy. Thanks
