Subject:	pasta maker needs to be used!

OK, so someone gave me a pasta maker. They are not vegan. They say it works great.

I'm ready to give it a go. The person who gave it to me said not to use 'regular' flour but 'pasta' flour.

What's that mean?

And do you have any pasta recipes (for the noodles, what to do with them is another story)?
