Subject:	Trying to find squash recipe!

I made a vegan squash dish last year that was requested again this year, but lost the recipe!! It had spaghetti squash, vegan sour cream and bread crumbs, onions (I think) and maybe one or two more things. If you have any recipes that sound like these, please share as I am trying to add in as many things to my family's dinner that are vegan as possible! They make separate things for me, but I'd like to have things they all like as it makes for more unity! Cathy
