The easiest way would be to go
to the health food store or the
health food section of a large
supermarket and get a few
boxes of whole-grain pancake mix.
Use their recipe, using flax goop
for the egg, and almond (or other)
milk for the milk.
Prepare, cool, and freeze (individually
wrapped).

Or if you want to, use a homemade recipe.
Cinnamon-Spice Waffles
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 Tbs natural sugar
1/8 tsp cinnamon
Few dashes of nutmeg
Dash of ginger powder
Few dashes of salt
1 cup (approx) soy creamer, soymilk, almond milk,
or rice milk
1 Tbs melted margarine or oil
1/2 tsp vanilla
Whisk ingredients together until just mixed,
adding just enough liquid to make a medium-thick
batter. Don't overbeat.
Pour into hot, oiled waffle iron.
Cook for about 3 minutes, or until done.
Serve with desired toppings.
Also makes great pancakes and muffins.
