TVP Bakon

1 cup plain TVP granules or bits
1 cup water
1 tsp soy sauce or Bragg's Aminos
1/2 tsp oil
2 tsp natural sugar or maple syrup
1 tsp Liquid Smoke

In a saucepan, bring water, soy sauce, oil, sugar,
and Liquid Smoke to a boil.
Pour over TVP, and let soak for 15 minutes.
(NOTE: For larger pieces, add TVP to pot, and
simmer over medium heat for 20 minutes).
Store in the cooking liquid, in the fridge.

----

Crispy Bakon (Breakfast Style)
