Hi Chef Deb! I had said that I would let you know how the crispy tofu recipe came out when I made it. Well I am sitting here enjoying it right now! I put garlic powder, onion powder, basil and a little bit of sage on it and WOW! Very good. I have another batch I am going to make and will change the seasonings. I did freeze it first and will try simmer in broth next time before baking. Thanks again for another wonderful recipe!
