Subject:         Crispy Tofu

Good Morning Chef Deb! I now actually have two questions. First I was reading the recipe you gave someone for Crispy Tofu. Sounded very tasty so I bought soy yogurt and cornflakes. Do you freeze the tofu first? Which type do you use? And in the meantime I was curious as to what you do for a gravy? Do you have a good recipe? I always trust your judgement! Thanks!
