I never ended up freezing that creamer, it's still in my fridge. It's now Oct 11th, more than 3 months after the expiration date and the creamer is still completely fine (THE UNOPENED ONES)

So, eat at your own risk, but in my case it was completely fine way past the expiration. One of the boxes got clumpy but I shook it up a lot and then it was fine. Tasted normal and didn't make anyone sick lol

I made clam-free clam chowder.
