Hi Chef Deb! I promised I would let you know how the tempeh came out when I made it. Well...delicious! I had 5 grain tempeh, simmered in vegetable stock for 20 minutes, lightly fried in a pan with lecithin. Seasoned with garlic & onion powder then made a sandwich using ezekiel sprouted bread with some dijon mustard. It was really good! Definitely something that I will add to my diet. I want to find the multigrain next that you mentioned. Thank you for a great recipe and keep them coming! You are great!
