Subject:         difference between soy milk powder or?

Hi chef Deb! I have several recipes calling for soy milk powder. I can't find it here in Reno. I can only find SOY POWDER. Its for cupcakes, frosting etc....... Is there a difference or can I use soy flour instead of soy MILK powder? Thank you for your time. I've been going nuts with this! Can't find soy MILK powder except online! Sincerely, Helen
